Role and Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting telecom products and services.

Customer Engagement:

Engage in effective and professional conversations to understand customer needs and promote telecom solutions accordingly.

Product Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of telecom products and services to provide accurate information to customers and address inquiries.

Lead Generation:

Actively contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in telecom offerings.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage customers to subscribe to telecom plans, packages, or additional services.

Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer concerns, and facilitate the sales process.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and information in the CRM system.

Adherence to Compliance:

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all communication and sales activities.
