Role and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:

Sales Pitch:
Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage customers to subscribe to telecom plans, packages, or additional services.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and information in the CRM system.
Adherence to Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all communication and sales activities.
