Outbound Calling Tele Caller
Responsibilities:-
· Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.
· Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
· Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
· Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about the product, utilizing pre-defined scripts.
· Acquiring and updating an individual's contact details.
· Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of the product.
Requirements:-
· Must be extremely fluent in English.
· Must hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree (Marketing or relevant).
· Good interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
· Successfully meet sales quota over the phone.
· Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
· Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar with using dialer systems.
· Should be able to jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
