• To handle outbound calls on customers’ enquiries
• To cross-sell via calls on personal loans and debt consolidation
• To meet all set productivity targets required by the business
• To maintain a good understanding of both customers and business needs by following up customer request
• To ensure prompt follow up with customers when required by call of duty
