• Handling client's query over mails related to tour planning
• Coordinating with the suppliers for rate negotiations.
• Well versed with various international tour destinations.
• Selling International/domestic destinations holiday packages including flight booking, hotel reservation, etc.
• Attending to customer queries for Hotel through emails and phones calls.
• Must have experience in travel industry.
• Negotiating on the quotes with the hotels & respective vendors.
• Monitoring outbound travel requirements (Hotels, Visa, and Packages).
