Outbound Telesales Consultant  Indore, Madhya Pradesh(INDIA)

Location:Indore, Madhya Pradesh(INDIA)
Qualification: BE/ B. Tech/ MCA/ MS- IT/ CS
Experience: 2 – 5 Years

  • Lead generation, using our CRM tool to pro-actively market for new prospects and suspects, identify and develop new opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain the highest level of quality and professionalism whist accurately qualifying prospective clients.
  • Liaise with all contacts, in a professional, effective and courteous manner.
  • Update team members on business development / pipeline activity.
  • Maintain detailed and timely records and ensure best practice / highest of standards at all times.
  • Identify
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A good level of Business acumen
  • Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook and experience of CRM Systems.
