• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• On the job training will be provided for the freshers.
• Understand the student's profile and provide them with the best program possibilities and career opportunities.
• The ideal candidate should be able to adopt our first line of business which is a CMS-based application.
• Demonstrate expertise in shortlisting the best university in the USA according to the student profile using our strong AI-based tool.
• Capable of assisting the students in hassle-free documentation/helping them to collate each document ahead for visa processing.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Should be highly enthusiastic and self-driven to achieve the business targets.
• Ability to handle any situation with empathy and patience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher with Excellent command of English.
• Preferably scouting for female talent.
• Proficient with Regional language Tamil or Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong Negotiation Skills and candidate pitch.
• Professional attire and Customer focus with good convincing skills
