Anaad Consultants LLP is a startup working in the field of education and skill development. We work with various departments and corporates for the fulfillment of objectives. We help and support various smaller training organizations from across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, study habits, and career planning
2. Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations
3. Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs
4. Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, business and technical schools, and apprenticeship programs
5. Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources
6. Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops, in order to maintain and improve professional competence
7. Assess needs for assistance such as accommodation, financial aid, or additional vocational training, and refer clients to the appropriate services
8. Review transcripts to ensure that students meet graduation or college entrance requirements, and write letters of recommendation
9. Work on visa filling and documents compiling
10. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
11. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
12. Identify and resolve client concerns
