Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospect students lead, generated through various online/offline campaigns.
• Understand the queries/ needs and requirements, help on the same respectively
• Route qualified students through the appropriate sales closure procedures.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Any graduate degree or equivalent
Annual gross package would be 1.8LPA (15100/- PM gross),annual bonus performance based. This profile would also have variable pay -Incentives(performance based).
