Job Description

Work effectively in a school office setting characterized by frequent direct and indirect interruptions caused by unstructured interaction with students / staff/ parent population Maintain the Principal’s professional calendar Assist in the management of school office functions such as maintaining records, report preparation, maintaining the on-line calendar, website updates

Experience using data bases, preferably the school’s data base, Power School
Work in collaboration with the Johannesburg based Admissions Office, arranging and facilitating tours for families interested in joining the campus Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a pleasant and courteous telephone manner
