• You will be part of Oracle Cloud. HCM(Human Capital Management) team which provides multiple services to Customers supporting their organization in the areas to augment Taleo skills.
• Consultants with experience in Cloud HCM will be able to set up and manage clients' enterprise and workforce structures and configure security
• Should have experience in Oracle Apps HRMS and Payroll as Functional Consultant
• Enable clients to architect a global foundation for HR data and improved business processes.
• Set up and manage clients' enterprise and workforce structures and configure security
• Handling Core HR & Payroll Implementation gaps and providing on-site support
• Working on new change requests and handling its impact analysis
• Handling critical month end payroll and its reconciliation
• Actively Participate in requirement gathering and documentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Enable clients to architect a global foundation for Procure to Pay data and improved business processes.
Set up and manage clients' enterprise and workforce structures and configure security.
Experienced in implementing one or more Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay Modules.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven work experience on Oracle Cloud Implementation would be an added advantage.
• Able to effectively plan and adapt with rapidly shifting priorities and deadlines

6 to 8+ Years of total experience required
