Package Consultant: SAP HR Comp & Payroll

Your Responsibilities:

Provide Subject matter expertise for the sustain & enhancement deliveries for USA/ CAN Payroll & Time
Understand SLA framework, sustain/ enhancement processes & guide the team to work in adherence with the same.
Lead projects in the enhancement framework
Hands-on delivery on support incidents, enhancements on USA/ CAN Payroll & Time
Provide guidance on new enhancements/ LCPs coming up in USA/ CAN Payroll & Time & deployment of the same for business improvements
Quality control of the solution with the SAP solution Architect

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

5-7 years of SAP Payroll & Time experience preferably in Implementation projects.
Experience with SuccessFactors-SAP HR Hybrid implementations ( optional)
Experience in work as Team lead
Proficient in configuration & processes of USA/ CAN Payroll & Time
Ability to analyze end user / HR issues & requirements to solution delivery.
Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with teams across locations.
Strong communication, verbal and written skills
