Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Package Consultant, you are responsible to assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday HR/Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules. This specialty uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support. Consultant resolves configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules.Role and Responsibilities- Work in close liaison with the India, UK & Asia Pac based HR Systems and Operations Team and standard operating procedures and governance model.
- Integration & Report development & maintenance
- Manage bi-annual Workday updates (releases) by assessing and creating test cases for business
- Manage and apply Workday Security Profiles / Administration
- Flexible to provide support in India and UK hours
- Author, Publish & support Workday reports
- Define and support business processes (Workflow)
- Perform regular knowledge sharing through documentation and training sessions to other members
- Interface with Technology/E-HR Services function to ensure that any production and emergency fixes are applied
- Perform technical analysis, solution design & provide related documentation
- Provide technical inputs and oversight on new initiatives and propose enhancements on existing systems
- Ensure the incident is communicated to the respective teams and HR areas promptly and provide regular progress updates
- Work with the strategic stream for HR Systems revamp and participate actively
