Core Responsibilities

• Picking: Accurately retrieving items from shelves using order sheets or electronic scanners.

• Packing: Inspecting items for damage, securely boxing them, weighing packages, and applying correct labels.

• Quality Control: Ensuring products meet quality standards and are correctly packaged to prevent transit damage.

• Inventory Management: Restocking shelves, counting stock, and documenting inventory levels.

• Shipping Prep: Preparing shipping documents, loading goods onto trucks/conveyors, and tracking shipments.

• Workspace Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
