A Picker/Packer is a physical, fast-paced warehouse role responsible for fulfilling customer orders. They locate and gather specific items from inventory (picking) and securely package them for safe transit (packing). Core Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Pull items from warehouse shelves or bins based on automated lists, order slips, or handheld scanners.

• Quality Control: Inspect merchandise for damage or missing parts prior to boxing.

• Packaging: Select appropriate shipping materials (boxes, bubble wrap, poly bags) to prevent items from breaking during transit.

• Labeling: Weigh packages, print accurate shipping labels, and seal boxes for dispatch.

• Inventory & Stocking: Track inventory levels, report shortages, and help restock warehouse shelves.
