The Team Member receives the stock from CK, counts the entire stock in front of the driver. Then he arranges the stock in the chiller room according to the planogram. He moves Day 1 stock to Day 2 stock.
He moves the dump stock to CK. He prepares the Day end-physical count sheet and updates in the system.
The Team Member also keeps an inventory of all the packing material (labels, sleeves, packets, exotic packets)
The Team Member should ensure that the Anti-Room and Cold room are kept clean. The table where the packing and receiving is happening is wiped down and cleaned after every shipment
The Team Member is to follow the process while packing: -
a. Wear disposable hand gloves while packing the packets
b. Read the KOT carefully and enter the cold room to pick the item based on FEFO
