The Good Food Lab jobs - Packaging and Dispatch Management

The Good Food Lab is an incubator platform for chefs (both amateur and established) to design and deliver new experiences to food enthusiasts. The vision is to push the barriers of culinary art while making it accessible. Every month we pick the best chefs and curate a menu after intensive research. We create food with nutrition so you don't have to. We help manage your weight and nutrition through our food and by keeping your fitness and health goals in mind. We also help you achieve them.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the packaging of meals of clients according to the pass sheet
2. Working on proper portioning of meals according to client needs and organization standards
3. Maintaining a log of client allergies and likes/dislikes
4. Keeping proper records of dispatch and deliveries
5. Coordinating with the kitchen operations team and logistics team
6. Ensuring that all client requirements are met by the team
7. Working on other additional tasks
8. Assisting us in the day-to-day planning of operations of our meal subscription service called BaesicFit
