Responsibilities and Duties

• Strict deadlines to be followed in the order fulfilment and other warehouse operations.
• To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and timely.

• Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times
• Generating manifests & dispatch labels for the orders and hand it over to the dispatch team for timely dispatches.
• Maintaining the sales record, dispatch labels & manifests for all the platforms properly.
• Sharing the daily reports with the management

• Executive Order Processing and Dispatch and the likes.

• Coordinate with logistics executives and delivery executives from the various courier agencies for pickup and drop off of orders.
• Keep track of packaging material and place orders for stock well in advance
• Manage warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management and Inventory management to order fulfilment
