Packaging Officer jobs Chennai-For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd-2 to 6years of experience-26 September 2018

Role and Responsibilities:-

1. Ensure conversion to meet sales target with focus on quality and cost.
2. Ensure FSSAI amp; Legal compliance at all PCs.
3. Responsible for quality of packaging, uptime amp; hygiene requirements at PC as per quality specs finalized.
4. Conduct regular HACCP compliance Audits at PCs to ensure amp; maintain HACCP standards.
5. Regular/Need based Field visits to monitor the performance of packaging amp; machines at various packing centres.
6. Working closely with CFA owners to provide requisite infrastructure to carry out operations efficiently and effectively.
7. Ensure avoidance of critical observations
8. Ensure minimization of process loss, wastage, Expiry of products also ensure timely disposal of them.
9. Implement initiatives like 5S, Safety, Planned Maintenance, LSS etc.
10. Trouble shooting machine problems (Electrical and Mechanical knowledge background) and understanding working principle of machineries like Packing machine (PLC operated),Conveyors, Vibro, Compressor and DG.
11. Ensures GMP,GHP, PRP and OPRP.
12. Exposure in SAP (PO creation amp; Correction, PR creation amp; Correction, Passing services entries, Creating STO, Billings, Goods Receipts, batch correction, Stock posting, Sales Order creation/Correction etc.
13. Experience in WMS operation and Cycle Count Process.
14. Experience in Stock audits, Physical Stock count and Reconciliation.
15. Exposure in MS Excel, PPT, Word etc.
16. Ensuring Raw Material, Packing Material and Production Planning.
17. Risk and Control assessment in process.
18. Identifying vendors as per the business and process requirements.
19. Execution knowledge of Supply Chain Management like primary, secondary services.
20. Ensures cost impacts and planning and finalizing vendors and Interpc locations.
21. Execution @ shop floor IS0 : 22000 and FSSAI.
22. Exposure in Customer Complaint Handling,
23. Knowledge of RCA,CAPA, KAIZEN.
