Productivity and Quality monitoring and improvement.
➢ Responsible for Paint shop FTQ(first time Quality)
➢ GOLES:-SPQRCE (SAFETY, PEOPLE, QUALITY, RESPONSIVENESS, COST &
ENVIRMENT)
➢ Quality target - DRL, GCA, DRR, GA repair Flot
➢ Implementation in PQS(Product quality standard)
➢ Process improvement as per the Business Requirements.
➢ Maintaining proper records for IMS for the department.
➢ Engaging workmen in developmental and improvements activities like Kaizen, Brighter
Living, 5-S / Housekeeping, TPM, other.
➢ Ensuring absenteeism under control..
➢ Define standardize work for Team members.
➢ Participate in problem solving process.
➢ Supervise paint-shop activities, production meeting and quality targets
➢ Co-ordinate with related departments for communicating information and problems.
