We are looking for a resilient and empathic Parent Outreach Specialist to contribute to the growth of our company. Parent Outreach Specialists are responsible for engaging with Parents explaining the potential of Taught platform and its course lines. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

An outstanding Parent Outreach Expert will keep a close eye on parents' feedback to ensure that our course lines always exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by Taught.
• Procuring new parents through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing team.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective parents.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing parents to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added courses that may be of interest to their kids.
• Conduct demo sessions to draw in more revenue from parents.
• Negotiating with parents to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing parents' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• Extensive customer relations experience.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points.
• Professional yet affable disposition.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
