  • 2 year and above as a Marketing Person in any Educational Institutes
  • Business Development Executive Candidate should possess own conveyance, pleasing personality, fluent in English and flair in selling preferably from pre-school sector.
  • Comfortable in travelling.
  • Principal Accountabilities Marketing Target oriented sales professional.
  • Overall responsible for admissions at various existing centers.
  • Responsible to support for smooth functioning of centers like lead generation, marketing, promotional activities (BTL) etc.
  • Addressing client complaints with effective closure within stipulated.
  • Arranging Seminars / Promotional Activities in different Play schools, Corporates and Villages 
  • Presentation Skills and an ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
  • Data collection, seminar, presentation and visit to school /coaching center for Admissions
  • Achieving Monthly and Annual Enrollment Targets which have been finalized in consultation with Management
  • Conceptualising & organising events and marketing campaigns to ensure footfalls
  • Conducting Market Study & Research
  • Manage the inquiry process and ensure effective closure
  • Constantly devise ways to increase parent satisfaction
  • Resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and escalate them to the School Head as and when required
  • Ensure timely submission of Daily ,Weekly & Monthly reports
  • Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all sales and marketing activities
  • Regularly update the information on the School App and website
  • Liaise with vendors for materials and services required at school
  • Handle administrative work related to admissions, withdrawals and support all activities related to the management of children in school
  • Build a bond between the School and the Parent Community
