Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Faculty member for our Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) course. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with Kubernetes and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to students pursuing CK certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging lectures and training sessions on Kubernetes topics in accordance with the CK certification curriculum.
Design and implement course materials, labs, and assessments that prepare students for the CK certification exam.
Stay up-to-date with Kubernetes updates and industry trends to ensure course relevance.
Provide personalized support and mentorship to students to help them achieve their certification goals.
Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the course by incorporating new teaching methods and resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Kubernetes in a professional setting.
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or related certification required.
Previous teaching or training experience, preferably in a classroom or online setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Availability to work part-time hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Kubernetes certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are a plus.
Experience developing online course content and utilizing learning management systems.
Familiarity with other container orchestration platforms and related technologies.
