Job Description

Deal Registration Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage deal registration for partner programs and liase with partners via phone regarding their submission.
Maintain queue and manage a large volume of deal registrations to process
Handle escalations for deal registrations via case tool
Reporting/metrics for all deal registrations submitted
Operational support for all deal registration inquiries
Acts as primary liaison between Partner Programs, Operations, Sales Operations, Partner account managers
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

4-6 years combined experience in the areas of partner program operations or program management.
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with fastâpaced,
Ability to drive collaboration with program management, functional and technical teams effective problem resolution.
Handles self with highest level of professionalism in all communications.
High energy with the capability to multiâtask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
Understanding of both domestic and international markets
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Ability to support 24/5 model working non-standard hours
Ability & willingness to work EOQ/Weekend shifts
