Description:-Passenger Service Agent Job Description

  • A Passenger Service Agent is a representative of the airline. 
  • They are all airport staff members who welcome passengers at check-in desks and boarding gates. 
  • Before the flight, the Agent verify the tickets, identity papers and luggages conformity. They solve potential issues and inform passengers about their flight.
  • For this reason they are permanently in contact with local authorities such as border police, civil aviation institutions, various airline services as well as those of flights management. 
  • It is also their role to take care of flight connections by facilitating formalities and passengers follow-up.
