Responsibilities and Duties
As the Chef the incumbent will be responsible for managing operations and administration of kitchen (PASTRY DIVISION) part of the Outlet, creating new recipes, menu planning and designing, training the staff, managing the line.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience in CAKE, PASTRY, COLD DESERTS etc; is a must
A very good decision maker with planning and organizing skills
