Patent Associate Fresher Pune
Stratjuris Law Partners is an Intellectual Property Law firm that has specialized Practice groups for Patents, Designs, Trademarks and Copyrights. The firm is strengthening its team by recruiting several candidates within its Patent division on a retainer ship basis.
Patent Associate is usually an Engineer (M.E./M. Tech) and reports to a Partner Patent Attorney. Stratjuris is Looking for candidates who are passionate about science and technological breakthroughs. An ideal candidate should have the patience to read and write a lot of research papers, Patents and scientific literature.
The Candidate will be recruited on Probation (with remuneration) for three months wherein he/she will be trained on Various Aspects of Patents and other Intellectual Property Rights. Subsequently, the contract with the candidate will be confirmed based on the performance.

Qualification
The Candidate should be a qualified Engineer/Post-Graduate in any of the following disciplines:
Location
The Position requires the Candidate to operate out of Stratjuris office in Baner at Pune.
Interview
The Interview Process at Stratjuris is divided into two Rounds, which may take at least 2 hours or more to complete, and the candidate has to be present in-person.
Round 1 involves Test for English Proficiency wherein
· GRAMMAR & VOCABULARY,
· LISTENING COMPREHENSION and
· READING COMPREHENSION
are tested.
Round 2 involves a face to face Personal Interview of the Candidate in which the Capabilities of the Candidate corresponding to Leadership Skills, Confidence, Stability, Subject Matter Knowledge and other interpersonal skills are analysed.
If a candidate clears both rounds, an offer is extended to the candidate subject to his/her acceptance in a given Timeframe.
