Patient Service Repetitive answers telephone calls placed in the Hospital and directs those calls to the correct destination, which are typically a hospital department, an outpatient clinic, an individual or a patient room.

• Role – Patient Service Representative
• Work Location – Madhapur
• Working Time – Mon-Sat (9 am - 6 pm)
• Experience – at least 1 yr

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in Call Center and assist caller or triage calls, Other administrative tasks as needed
• Courteously and professionally answer and transfer the practice telephone calls for all physicians and staff
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Must have min 6 months of customer service experience in a call centre, preferably in Hospital
• Excellence in clinical care, service and communication
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines
