Working Time – Mon-Sat (9 am - 6 pm)
Experience – at least 1 yr
Answer phones in Call Center and assist caller or triage calls, Other administrative tasks as needed
Courteously and professionally answer and transfer the practice telephone calls for all physicians and staff
Scheduling patient appointments
Must have min 6 months of customer service experience in a call centre, preferably in Hospital
