Channels/Payment – Support
• Should have a Support experience of around 3 years in Android & iOS platform in any two applications – MicroATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Agent Management System, Wallet Management System.
• Bug fixing and Script modification
• Adhoc/Required data fetching of the applications
• Should have Good knowledge of Third-party API interfaces like Finacle connect 24.
• Should be able to carry out logs analysis and defect fix.
• Should be capable of Automation Process.
• Good knowledge of Java,middleware/PL/SQL Unix shell scripting.
• BFSI experience is desirable with Internet and Mobile Banking development/support experience
• Knowledge of iExceed applications would be an added advantage
