Job Description Managing international payroll across all offices of the organisation reporting into the Chief Financial Officer and Global HR Director Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data Computing employee take-home pay based on-time records, benefits, and taxes
Employee query resolution regarding compensation, deductions, attendance and time records Managing international stakeholders and communicating change in any compliance, policies and processes
Maintainer an MIS for attendance, leave, employee data and pay records Handling changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles if any Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records Honouring confidentiality of employees pay records
Maintaining payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review Determining the organisation's tax obligations, as per government laws and compliance
