Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, MLWF, Gratuity Job Title - Executive / Sr Executive - Payroll.

Managing the full and final settlement for resigned employees Payroll.

Handling Payroll related queries of the employees.

Responsible for Leave Issues, Incentives, Increments, Promotions, Medical, Employee Expenses Reimbursement, etc.

Coordination with the Vendors on the part of compliance, Support to the Head - HR on the various payroll related aspects, etc.

Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

If you are managing key accounts should be able to set deadlines with the payroll team for the deliverables as committed to the client.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification- graduation

Experience- a minimum of 3 years
