Process Monthly Payroll
Gather information on Time Keeping & monthly attendance for each employee.
Calculate the correct amount of earnings incorporating deductions, Incentives/bonuses etc.
Keep track of rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Complete knowledge Statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, TDS etc
Generation of PF & ESIC Challans
Submission of periodical returns under various labour laws as applicable.
Maintenance of records & registers under various labour laws.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Issue of Form 16
FFS procedure & issue of FFS Slip
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Resolving payroll discrepancies with Accounts department
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave etc and reporting on this
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance

Professional Skills & Qualification: Diploma in Payroll or Degree in Finance / Economics , Proven working experience as Payroll Executive , Knowledge of HR systems and databases
