- Process Monthly Payroll
- Gather information on Time Keeping & monthly attendance for each employee.
- Calculate the correct amount of earnings incorporating deductions, Incentives/bonuses etc.
- Keep track of rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Complete knowledge Statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, TDS etc
- Generation of PF & ESIC Challans
- Submission of periodical returns under various labour laws as applicable.
- Maintenance of records & registers under various labour laws.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Issue of Form 16
- FFS procedure & issue of FFS Slip
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies with Accounts department
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave etc and reporting on this
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
