Ensure
that month end payroll processing, flexi claim, off cycle, statutory
payments, and bank transfer are carried out timely and accurately every month
and related reports are produced, verified for correctness, rectifications
are made and forwarded to appropriate Departments. 2.
Co-ordination
with HR, Admin and Finance team for Payroll Input and other compliances. 3.
Co-ordination
with Payroll Vendor for Payroll Output and other payroll reports. 4.
Responsible
for statutory reports & payment of statutory deductions. 5.
Induction
of new joinees 6.
Handle
employee’s payroll related queries. 7.
Prepare
and maintain record for audit. 8.
Establish
payroll deadlines and ensure the deadlines are met within the laid down
Service Level Agreement (SLAs),Procedural compliance and in conjunction with
schedules of other Divisions to produce timely and accurate payroll results
every month. 9.
Sending
year end communication to the associates and reminder mails. Receive the
Investment proofs and send to payroll vendor. Maintaining soft copy tracker
of all the documents received and dispatched to payroll vendor. Handling year
end employee queries. Coordinating with associates for additional documents
and incorporating the same as year-end payroll inputs. |
