Independently carrying out salary processing using payroll software with
application of checks and balances as required. Administering employee
benefit schemes and loan schemes of company.
(ii) Statutory compliance required under various applicable laws such as I.T. Act,
Payments of wages Act, EPF and FPF ACT, ESI ACT, Labour Welfare Fund
(iii) Handling all income tax related matters such as appropriate deductions,
investment proof verification, reconciliation, filing of returns, remitting dues
and TDS in stipulated time, issue of Form 16 and 12BA etc.
(iv) Attending to help desk queries relating to the employees on all payroll issues
(v) Provide necessary support in negotiations of long term wage settlement
including industrial practices and bench marking.
(vi) Support in administering of Retiral benefits Trusts (PF, Gratuity and
Superannuation) of the employees in terms of filing of returns, attending
inspections, loan disbursement, dealing with outsourced agency and RPFC.
