This includes managing the monthly payroll cycle for 3 legal entities including data validation and reporting. Job Duties and Accountabilities Delivering an efficient and accurate payroll service, ensuring each pay run is calculated and processed accurately Managing the monthly payroll process for Hyderabad, Noida & Gurgaon employees including reconciliations, pay-outs etc. Ensuring adherence to legislative requirements regarding relevant Payroll taxes and pension contributions Performing a monthly compensation audit of the HRIS to ensure its accuracy, coordinating with local & global HR to resolve any discrepancies Streamlining and implementing payroll procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness Working with HR, Ops, finance & other teams for accurate assimilation of necessary inputs around variable pays Devising, implementing & Improving processes as appropriate to bring efficiencies in the overall payrun Other Finance support as appropriate Skills & Qualifications Experience and Education: Act as Process Champion, Effective Change Management approach with good Interpersonal skills 4+ years previous payroll experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work to tight deadlines Understanding of payroll legislation and processes Exceptional communication and customer service focus
