Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years of IT experience.
- 1 - 2 years of experience with the configuration of desktops, laptops and virtual instances.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 7/10 operating systems, Windows/Desktop Analytics
- Support experience in an Office 365 environment with Exchange/Outlook
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand & translate business process and need into technical project plans
- Demonstrate accountability, collaboration and shared responsibility.
