Job Description
1. Perform signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal analysis on PCB designs
2. Verify Electrical validity and manufacturability of PCB designs
3. Design PCBs by leveraging Altair's simulation-driven workflow
4. Benchmark/Validate tool results with lab measurements
5. Create case studies and similar supporting documents
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Nov'20 and 30th Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Experience in using any PCB design tools like KiCAD, Eagle, Altium, OrCAD, PADS, etc. (Schematic to Gerber)
2. Technical expertise in analog and digital electronics, electromagnetics
3. Transmission lines, RF and antenna theory
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
5. Critical thinking-Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
6. Customer orientation-Has a passion to help/assist people
7. Active listening-Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and probing to ensure clarity
8. Proven effective communication skills both verbal and writing
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
