Job Description
DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintenance & Operational Knowledge of CNC Wheel Lathe
Turning Machine, Surface Wheel Lathe Turning Machine, Drop
Pit Table, Wheel Press Machine, Lifting Jack, Axle Lathe.
2. Responsible to Trace Input/ Output Module of PLC Program
understanding of Ladder Logic, Functional Block Diagram,
electrical Schematic Diagram, fixtures, appliances, power
circuits and ascertains the nature of needed repairs and/or
replacement; does whatever repair and installation work is
necessary.
3. Maintains, Repair, Troubleshooting of PLC Control Panel, HMI
Panel, Relay, Instrumentation, Pressure Transmitter, Solenoid
Valve.
4. Make Emergency Electrical and Mechanical Equipment’s
Repair,
5. Spare Parts Requirement list upgradation for the P & E
Related Equipment.
6. Maintain & Monitor Day to Day Operation and Maintenance
records, Inventories, etc.
7. Hands on experience of the maintenance of equipment’s like
pumps, motor, Compressor, DG, EOT Crane, MHE, CNC
Hydraulic Machines.
8. Requisitions, stores, safeguards, and properly uses electrical
equipment, materials, and supplies.
9. Planning of Preventive maintenance activity and execution.
10. Responsible for attending emergency breakdowns of Critical
Machine.
