Rackspace Technology jobs - People Analytics Specialist

The HR Analytics Specialist, Level II (Strategic Dapifer),will provide insights, research and analytics for the Global Human Resources (HR) division of Rackspace.

This position reports to the Senior Dapifer and works closely with global HR Analytics Specialists as well as product managers for HRIS systems.

Must Have experience in Report writing in Workday

Strong skills in Excel and at least 1 BI tool (preferably Tableau) as well as experience with HR metrics.

Customers include global HR project managers and other global HR team members

Demonstrated data analysis experience of 4+ years required.

Experience in designing and delivering best practice workforce analytics.

Experience in designing and delivering best practice workforce analytics.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Excellent communication skill.
