Your Role and Responsibilities
As PeopleSoft CTL Admin, you are responsible to work with the internal and client technical staff to support 24x7 production environments.
The responsibilities include Operations Support:

• Handle issues reported by client and internal technical teams
• Proactive health checks of client environments
• Participate in outage/troubleshooting calls involving internal and external teams
• Attend scheduled client review meetings
• Participation in Solution reviews
• Customer relationship management
• Reporting

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft application and Third party software tools
• Proficient in 24 x 7 global operations support (supporting remote environments, handling bridge calls, SLA concepts and crisis management)
• Expertise in PS technologies, PS Admin, Oracle database technologies, performance troubleshooting and tuning, database maintenance, OS (Unix and Windows)
• Working Broad knowledge of Unix, Windows, Networking & Firewalls is desired; experience in Citrix administration will be a plus.

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

Any Degree, BE/B.Tech or MCA from a reputed institute.
