About The Job

We are looking for a seasoned Performance & Rewards Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) professional for Rest of Asia (RoA) Cluster. RoA supports the operations of 16 markets, including 5 owned markets (HK, Macau, Japan, Taiwan & Singapore) and distributors markets, with Hong Kong as lead market. The caliber will handle payroll with C&B related activities for HK, Macau, Taiwan & Singapore. He/She will also assist Performance & Rewards Manager in audit process, system, budget and annual review exercise.

Job Responsibilities

Support in full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to monthly payroll preparation, final payment calculation, MPF administration, tax filing, benefits enrolment and leaver administration
Manage HRIS system including new joiner profile, e-Leave, personnel data changes
Participate in HR projects such as budgeting, global HRIS (HCM) implementation and salary survey
Partner with Performance & Rewards Manager in preparing and managing the annual salary increase payout process
Assist ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

University graduate preferably in Business, HR or other related equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in C&B and HR administration and co-ordination, preferably gained from retail and/or premium FMCG industry
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations. Knowledge of other Asian laws would be an advantage
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proficient in computer application, including Excel and PowerPoint
Motivated, proactive, attentive to details and a true team player who will go the extra mile and with can-do attitude
Interpersonal savvy and comfortable to deal with internal/external parties
Good time management, able to multi task and can work under high pressure
Immediately available is highly preferred
