Performance Marketing Associate- Women's E-Commerce Lifestyle Brand
Required: 1-3 yrs. experience running paid ads for an e-commerce
lifestyle brand

You’ll
have an important role to play in scaling up Spotstyl marketing efforts across
all paid & unpaid channels.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Managing paid ad
campaigns across search, display, social, email, SMS, Whatsapp and
retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis
and testing of keyword performance
- Achieving sales
targets through strategic Facebook, Instagram & Google ads – running
campaigns from start to finish: Strategy, content creation, ad copyright,
building audiences, detailed targeting, bidding & optimization of ad
spend with the ultimate goal of achieving sales conversions
- Ensuring successful
campaigns by managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined
KPIs.
- Optimising campaigns
across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Formulate an overall
digital marketing plan and budget as per the strategic business objectives
- Continuously
monitoring performance, key metrics and ROI against the business goals set
across the funnel, to ensure constant optimization in click-throughs and
conversion – at a campaign, platform, media and creative level
- Optimising SEO for
website to organic traffic & sales
- Identifying &
building new online sales growth channels to increase visibility &
sales across new audiences
- Work with the brand
team to enhance efficiencies of creatives and campaigns and test out
different content forms for optimization – while maintaining consistency
in brand tonality
- Doing competitor &
market analysis trends research & forecasting to better position the
brand
- Doing a detailed
analysis of paid & unpaid campaigns across different platforms to
optimize for sales growth
- Identifying replicable
marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain
points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition –
with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- Writing & creating
content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages
- Testing different
value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best
angle to introduce our product to each target group
- Building and running
A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Minimum experience of
1-3 years in paid performance marketing for an E-Commerce Lifestyle Brand
- Should have managed
large-scale campaigns & budgets – the majority of which should have been
performance spends
- Must have proficient
experience in executing SEM, Google display and re-marketing campaigns
across tools/platforms
- Must have prior SEO
related Link building experience
- Must have prior
experience in setting up and running campaigns across various tools within
the Google suite, Facebook, programmatic, and network buys
- Thorough
understanding, technical and operational know-how of web and mobile
analytics tools
- Familiar with A/B
tests and spend scaling experiments for campaigns
- Self-starters should
be able to perform in a highly dynamic environment
- Sharp analytical
skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to build and
successfully manage mid-size teams and demonstrate leadership
- Proficient in AdWords,
Google Analytics, re-marketing
- E-commerce sales growth

experience in Hotjar, Semrush, Hubspot and/or other similar tools within
the growth stack
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing/MBA, Business or Engineering
- Minimum 1-3 years of
professional experience doing mainly PPC advertising either in an agency
or in-house for a Lifestyle E-Commerce Brand
- Excellent verbal &
written English communication skills
