Job Title: Testing Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Testing Technician to inspect, test, and evaluate products, equipment, or systems to ensure they meet quality, safety, and performance standards. The candidate will perform testing procedures, record results, identify defects, and support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, or software testing as per standard procedures

• Set up testing equipment, tools, and instruments

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials and finished products

• Record, analyze, and document test results accurately

• Identify defects, faults, or deviations from specifications

• Troubleshoot issues and assist in repairs or corrective actions

• Calibrate and maintain testing instruments regularly

• Prepare test reports and maintain proper documentation

• Follow safety guidelines and company quality standards

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams for improvements

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in testing or quality inspection (preferred)

• Freshers with technical training may also apply
