- Coordinate and accompany on shoots, ensuring all logistical and administrative aspects are handled smoothly.
- Proactively identify and pursue new work opportunities and collaborations that align with professional goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with interests.
- Handle communication and correspondence, including responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain detailed records and files related to projects, contracts, and personal matters.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on various projects and opportunities.
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics as needed.
- Manage household and personal budgets, including bill payments and financial planning.
