Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organize daily schedules, appointments & meetings
2. Take charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks
3. Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoice letters and other documents
4. Respond to the phones and routing calls to the correct person or take messages
5. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
6. Work on filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
7. Research for data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the board of directors, committees, and executives
8. Help in preparing for meetings
9. Work on recording minutes from meetings
10. Work on various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software
11. Read and analyze incoming memos, and submissions, and distribute them as needed
12. Make travel arrangements
13. Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
14. Provide general administrative support
15. Organize a daily workload by priorities
16. Work on developing new systems and processes in the company as per the training
17. Manage any other work assigned by the reporting manager
