The Chairman of a global group of companies is seeking a trusted, experienced and efficient personal assistant and household manager who is well versed in coordinating personal staff members like drivers, building maintenance, chefs, housekeeping, payments and caregivers for himself and his elders.
Responsibility - manage all aspects of household management
- ensure excellent service
- ensure excellent housekeeping, hygiene and cleanliness
- coordinate travel arrangements
- manage caregivers for elders- disbursement of payment to all vendors and service providers - available from 9.00 to 5.00 pm on site 7 days a week in Sahakaranagar
- available 24x7 for any emergencies
- plan and coordinate social events
- coordinate with property managers across south India
- Must be willing to travel to Chennai and reside there for any necessities or emergencies
- ensure a positive and healthy environment
Experience - minimum 10-15 years in a similar role- excellent written and spoken communication skills
- excellent household management skills
- demonstrable skills depicting flexibility and service delivery
Requirements - MUST live within 3-4 kms from Sahakaranagar Bangalore
- must be accessible and available for any emergencies - punctuality and reliability
