We are looking for a responsible “Personal Assistant” for Director of the company to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Director ‘s working life and communication.

Location: Zirakpur

Qualification required : Graduate

Job Responsibility

• Schedule meetings and appointments.

• Maintain all documents of the Director in a neat and organized manner.

• Ensure the sanctity and confidentiality of all documents of the Director.

• Maintain a record of forthcoming travel plans of Director.

• Schedule travel and welling Travel With Director

• Organize and oversee the day-to-day schedule.

• Monitoring Directors email, drafting and sending mails on his behalf.

• Preparing communications on behalf of the Director Organizing and planning meetings.

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

• Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.

• Scheduling virtual meetings with Webex , Zoom and Microsoft teams Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all the communications and documentation.

• Maintain Director's office systems, including data management and filing.

• Maintain records of Director's contacts. Manage Director's electronic diary and calendar Manage Director's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).

• Process Director's correspondence Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director's responsibility chasing responses, triggering follow-up action Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director
