Job Description

Needs a candidate with basic knowledge of English, computer knowledge preferable. Candidate should be smart, outgoing personality willing to take care of the personal schedules of director and willing to accompany him in his travels.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar and appointments.

Screen and respond to phone calls and emails on behalf of the Director.

Organize and maintain office files and documents.

Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Liaise with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the Director.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
