Personal Assistant

Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400)in the Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC plus allowances such as DA,HRA etc.as per Govt. Rules. Pay scale/ Pay Level: The officialmust possess the working knowledge ofcomputer.[Pre-revised PB-2 Rs.9300-34BOO+GP Rs. 4200/-}

Eligibility criteria: Officialsof Central Government, Central Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies: (i) Holding equivalent post on regular basis or (ii) 6 years ofregular service in the grade ofStenographer Grade '0' in the PB-l Rs. 5200-20200+GPRs.2400(Under 6th CPC) [Revised in Level-4as per 7thCPC

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) was, thus, established with effect from 20th February 1997 by an Act of Parliament, called the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997, to regulate telecom services, including fixation/revision of tariffs for telecom services which were earlier vested in the Central Government. TRAI's mission is to create and nurture conditions for growth of telecommunications in the country in a manner and at a pace which will enable India to play a leading role in emerging global information society.
