Job Description

We are looking for (female) as Personal Assistant based at Bannerghatta Road or at Bommasandra Jigani Link Road, Bangalore.

¨     Candidate should be knowing driving, unmarried and living in in its own;

¨     Candidate should by very passionate to work as a secretary in our company;

¨     Candidate should have that winning and fighting attitude towards work and passion to achieve her goals;

¨     Candidate should possess excellent written (grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, punctuation marks) and verbal skills in English;

¨     Should know atleast how to speak Hindi, English and Other any 1 south regional language;

¨     Should be highly flexible with time;

¨     Easily adaptable to the environment;

 

Works to do: -

v  Managing Diaries, Organising Meetings & Appointments;

v  Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;

v  Organising Events, Conferences & Outstation Meetings;

v  Feel free to travel with Director;

v  Visit Clients, Events, Meetings, Conference, Lunch & Dinner with or without the Director;

v  Represent as acting director in any situation at the time of requirement at internal and external level on absence of director;

v  Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines;

v  Answering all calls;

v  Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of director at the time of requirement;

v  Sending reminders to work force to achieve set goals and targets;

v  Acting as a first point of contact for callers to the director;

v  Handling all day to day work to run the factory smoothly;

v  Passively follow for all day to day work and achieve the maximum targets of set goals per day;

v  Dealing with emails and phone calls by responding;

v  Passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention and to the individuals at floor levels where ever required;

v  Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence;

v  Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;

v  Collating and filing expenses;

v  Observing best business practices and etiquette;

v  Supports client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc;

v  Is a spokesperson for the client on all matters;

v  Provides administrative support;

v  Makes administrative decisions and acts as decision maker in the Director’s absence;

v  Organize and multitask on multiple deadlines and projects;

v  Support for marketing and sales activities;

v  Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested by the Director;

v  Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director;
