This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to management at Engold Brewski and Distilleries(P)Limited located in Kolkata. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for management all administrative tasks, managing the management calendar and appointments, and executing any other duties as assigned by the management . The Personal Assistant should also be a liaison between different departments and should ensure that all tasks that involve the management are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

At least 15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related role
Good knowledge of Short hand writing experience
Write a Letter Computer and Email
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English & Hindi language
Good Analytical and decision-making skills
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and typing experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Ability to work independently and take charge of the office activities when the MD is not available
Highly Efficient multitasking skills
